Professional Experience
I have practiced as a licensed psychologist since 1994. From 1994-2005, I was in private practice in northern California. In 2006, after relocating to the metro D.C. area, I opened my practice in Maryland. I also have been on the faculty of The Professional School of Psychology in Sacramento, CA and Argosy University in Arlington, VA. I am currently Assistant Professor of Cllinical Psychology at the George Washington University Center for Professional Psychology and guest faculty at the Washington School of Psychiatry.
I conduct psychological evaluations for individuals, for county government agencies and for local adoption agencies.
I am the author of several peer reviewed papers, and co-author with Laurie Pearlman, Ph.D. of the Life Orientation Inventory.
Professional Memberships
I am a member of the American Psychological Association - Divisions 39 (Psychoanalysis) and 56 (Trauma), the Maryland Psychological Association, the Washington School of Psychiatry, the Society of Personality Assessment, and the China-American Psychoanalytic Alliance.

I am licensed as a psychologist in Maryland (#04189) and California (#PSY 13931).
