Welcome to my website. In it you will find information about my credentials, an introduction to my practice, a brief overview of the psychological services I provide and links to informational sites that you may find helpful.

I have practiced psychotherapy for over 20 years and have been a licensed psychologist since 1994 (Maryland license #04189 and California #PSY13931). Currently I have an office in Silver Spring, Maryland and provide services for the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, as well as telephone consultation to clients in California.

I see individuals and couples with many types of problems; however, I do have special expertise in the following areas: the psychological aftermath of traumatic life events, the integration of spirituality and psychotherapy, and multicultural issues (special familiarity with the Slavic cultures and international adoption). I speak Russian.

For details about my office policies and other information, please see the forms listed to the right. Currently, I do not accept insurance. If you wish me to, I will provide you with a form that can be submitted to your carrier for reimbursement.
